We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return request.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at hello@reliviera.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send any items back without contacting us first and receiving specific instructions — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and we will not be able to process a refund for them.

Once we receive your request, we will evaluate your case and provide you with the appropriate next steps. Depending on the situation, we may resolve your issue without requiring you to ship the item back, which saves you time and shipping costs. Each case is handled individually to ensure the best possible outcome for you.

Damages, Defective or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We take these issues very seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you — in most cases, you will not need to return the original item. Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us, as this helps us resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Refunds Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@reliviera.com and we will look into it immediately.
